Students should commence their enrolment process as early as possible
in anticipation of starting their studies.
Note that courses can be commenced at any time during the calendar year and a semester model does not apply.
- Prospective students should submit an application, together with
the fees and proof of previously completed academic (or equivalent)
studies to establish entry-level acceptability. Fees are all-inclusive and cover tuition, books and postage.
- The current fee structure for most study programs for 2011 is Australian
$1,100 per course unit. Note that Australian student fees (that is, for citizens and residents living in Australia) have an additional 10% charge added for GST.
- Regardless of your country of residence, payment to the College is to be arranged by you using
your own local/national bank transfer facilities. Details of the College account are provided with the College enrolment
form. Only bank transfer of funds is accepted - credit card facilities are not available.
- Students in countries outside Australia will generally find that they will need to approach their bank and simply request that the money to be deposited into the account used by the College, with the transferred amount being in Australian dollars - no other currencies are accepted. The bank will calculate the exchange rate and apply it (plus any transfer charges) while actioning the transfer. The students pays those charges in the home country; the College pays Australian bank transfer/deposit charges at the Australian end of the transaction.
- Pricing for the Diploma unit D-1 is an exception to the above rule. This unit equates to two standard
course units; therefore the cost for D-1 is Australian $2,200 (plus GST if in Australia).
- The scales of fees appropriate to single-unit Certificate courses varies according to their complexity and duration of the study. Fee information is available
on request.
- Course fees are payable before students can commence the program.
As a general rule, where the study program exceeds two course units,
then pre-payment should cover two consecutive units, i.e. Australian
$2,200.
- Applications for credit of previous studies must be fully supported
with appropriate academic documentation; each case is subject to determination
by the College Director under guidelines approved by the Academic Board.
- As a general rule, no refunds or credits of enrolment fees will be
made unless notification is received at least 14 days prior to commencement
of the study program. Exceptional circumstances can, however, be considered
at the discretion of the College. Any actual costs already incurred
(for example, printing and postage) will be deducted from any agreed
refunds and an accounting given.
- Forms and further information are available on request - contact
the College..
